4RR Distance Selling Agreement
Article 1 – Parties
Seller: 4RR – Ararlar Grup. Address: Mimarsinan, 13. Cd No:12, 38350 Kocasinan/Kayseri. Phone: 0352 294 33 43. Email: [email protected]. Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
Buyer: Name/surname or business name, address, telephone and email as provided by the Buyer when placing the order. Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.
Article 2 – Subject
This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts concerning the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer, the characteristics and selling price of which are specified below.
Article 3 – Product / Service Information
The kind, type, quantity, selling price, payment method and delivery details of the products are stated in the order form approved by the Buyer when placing the order.
Article 4 – Payment and Delivery
1. The Buyer must pay for the ordered products using the payment method selected when placing the order.
2. The Seller delivers the product through a shipping/logistics company within no more than 7 business days after the order is confirmed.
3. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
1. The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
2. To exercise this right, written notification must be sent to the Seller within that period.
3. A product returned under the right of withdrawal must reach the Seller within 10 days of the delivery date.
4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned under applicable legislation, products prepared to the Consumer’s specific requirements, or products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons.
Article 6 – Return Conditions
1. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller must refund the price of the returned product to the Buyer within no more than 14 days.
2. The returned product must be sent with its original packaging, invoice and all accessories.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
Article 7 – Force Majeure
Fire, natural disasters, war, terrorism, decisions of public authorities and similar events beyond the parties’ control constitute force majeure. In such cases, the parties shall not be held responsible for their obligations.
Article 8 – Confidentiality
Personal data and commercial information obtained by the parties during the agreement process are subject to the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Information Notice.
Article 9 – Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 10 – Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval by the Buyer.
