PRESENTATION SUGGESTION
The dark red color of the blackcurrant creates a striking contrast with the coffee in a transparent glass. You can make the presentation more eye-catching by adding a few fresh blackcurrants or a tiny mint leaf to the rim of the glass. Serving with a straw increases drinking comfort and freshness. ​

Materials

• 30 ml 4RR Blackcurrant Flavored Syrup

• 45 ml espresso

• 8 ice cubes

• The rest of the glass is cold water​

Preparation

• Add 4RR Blackcurrant Flavored Syrup to the bottom of a 14oz glass.

• Add 8 ice cubes on top.

• Fill the glass with cold water.

• Finally, add the espresso and mix gently to homogenize the aromas.
